About the Role
HITT is seeking a Construction Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support our expanding national footprint. Based out of our Los Angeles regional office, this role reports directly to the Recruiting Manager and offers an opportunity to grow within a collaborative, construction-focused recruitment team. The ideal candidate is energized by a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performance environment and is committed to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
You will partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for core construction positions across our Operations and Site Operations employee groups, as well as business unit resource functions. Your day will involve sourcing diverse talent, managing the interview process, and ensuring clear, timely communication with candidates from first outreach through offer decision. You will also assist with employer branding, talent pipeline development, and limited campus recruiting travel to represent HITT at career fairs and university events.

Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical recruiting capabilities and cultural fit within our construction-focused team.
