Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, is seeking a Construction Services (Materials Testing) Manager to lead our Salt Lake City operations. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction materials testing and inspection services, ensuring project integrity and compliance across the region.
This position serves as the central leadership point for our local construction materials testing and inspection group. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project performance, including invoice review and approvals, workload projections, and direct involvement in business development and marketing efforts. This role is critical for maintaining our quality-focused standards while driving growth in the Salt Lake City market.
The manager will provide direct supervision, recruitment, and development for a diverse team comprising Construction Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Laboratory Supervisors, Dispatchers, Field/Laboratory Technicians, and Special Inspectors. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate local codes and practices effectively.
