About the Role
The Construction Manager – Solar is responsible for managing all aspects of solar energy construction projects, typically ranging from 3 to 10 MW. This role provides on-site oversight to ensure solar projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
The Construction Manager – Solar works collaboratively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of solar power infrastructure. This position requires 100% travel.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- verifiedMinimum 5 years general construction management experience
- verifiedAt least 3 years in solar construction projects 3-10 MW solar construction experience
- verifiedKnowledge of civil and electrical construction, solar PV systems, project logistics, and safety procedures
- verifiedProficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and project plans
- verifiedWillingness and ability to travel frequently and stay on-site
- verifiedPre-employment physical examination
