About the Role
Hatch has an exciting career opportunity for a Construction Manager for a site role in Gary, IN. In this position, you will be the driving force behind executing project assignments, coordinating engineering and construction services, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. You will lead assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction regarding scope of work and schedule.
Your day-to-day will involve overseeing construction management services for water and sewer projects, including the construction and rehabilitation of water treatment and storage facilities, as well as heavy industrial projects. You will manage Field Representatives and Project Managers, review shop and design drawings, and supervise the build phase. From troubleshooting all phases of heavy construction to resolving onsite questions with judgment, you will be the key liaison between onsite operations and project management, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every turn.
