The Construction Manager serves as the strategic leader for all projects, including General Contractor (GC) and large-scale P&R initiatives such as TremCares. This role is designed to bridge the gap between sales, design, and field execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this position, you will work closely with superintendents and technicians to manage the entire project lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves selecting and managing subcontractors, driving sales efforts, and providing critical service support. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer management communication, coordinating seamlessly with Program Managers, sales teams, and resource management to align project goals with business objectives.
The role requires a deep understanding of the construction process, from the conceptual phase through to effective close-out. You will be responsible for validating proposals, managing cost variances, and ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance protocols. As a key decision-maker, you will direct project managers, technicians, and superintendents, while also handling change order negotiations and approving project billings.
Working within the WTI and Tremco Roofing ecosystem, this role is critical to maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. The Construction Manager ensures that technical knowledge of all WTI products and services is effectively translated into successful project outcomes. By fostering strong relationships with sales representatives and maintaining superior communication standards, the team delivers value to customers while driving profitability and operational efficiency.
