The Construction Laborer I is an entry-level field position designed for individuals ready to contribute to marine and civil construction projects. This role serves as the backbone of our field operations, supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, equipment operators, and welders across both land-based and overwater environments.
You will be an active participant in every phase of building activity, from site preparation and material handling to the installation and removal of construction materials. The work is physically demanding and safety-sensitive, often requiring you to operate in all weather extremes. Success in this role requires alertness, good balance, and the physical strength to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 pounds while frequently stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
