About the Role
Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is pivotal for a Cleveland-area construction company, focusing on the commercial construction industry. The Estimator will prepare budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from large-scale initiatives valued between $30M and $100M to smaller projects under $10M.
In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between project requirements and financial planning. Your day-to-day involves critically analyzing bid documents to identify risks and opportunities, then articulating these insights to management. You will develop full-scope estimates across various delivery methods, including Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CM/GC. A significant portion of the role involves obtaining, organizing, and analyzing subcontractor quotes across varying trades, negotiating prices locally and nationally, and building effective relationships with customers, design teams, and suppliers that reflect the company's core values.
