About the Role

This entry-level, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to see a different part of your city every day from a bird's-eye view. As part of the Operations crew at our Knoxville, Tennessee office, you will help bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Knoxville and the surrounding areas.

You will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed. This role is action-packed and requires you to work alone, managing your own schedule effectively. You will install and maintain billboards, handling tasks ranging from assembling large vinyl advertisements to performing construction upkeep on billboard cosmetics. The tallest billboard structure in the company reaches around 200 feet, so comfort with heights is essential.

A day in the life involves working alongside the Operations team to prioritize safety while installing and maintaining structures. You will handle large vinyl advertisements, tighten bolts, paint steel structures, repair trim, change light bulbs, and conduct storm damage repairs. You will use power and manual tools to cut and prepare flexes and vinyls, build extensions, and maintain operation vehicles and equipment. You will also document installations through photographs and written logs.
