About the Role

This position is designed for a passionate and diligent professional ready to make an impact. You will operate on the client's behalf to resolve change orders and project negotiations, while effectively leading and contributing to important project meetings. The role requires you to perform field audits of construction crew performance to ensure compliance with project documents and verify progress and quality.

You will be responsible for documenting deficiencies, non-conformances, and project details through daily reports, photographs, and other reporting tools. A key part of your day involves communicating orally and in writing to executive-level reports and project teams, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and lessons learned. You will manage a large portfolio of projects, utilizing approved collection devices such as laptops, tablets, and GPS to gather data. This role requires up to 50% travel, with lodging within 30 miles of the project site for periods of time, and the ability to work overnight or on weekends as needed for project work.
