About the Role
As a Connection Leader, you will serve as a mentor, advocate, and champion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role is designed for those passionate about making a difference, focusing on helping individuals live active, empowered, and connected lives. You will manage daily services in Medicaid Waiver-funded programs, ensuring high-quality support while coordinating staffing and guiding Person-Centered Planning efforts.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between operational management and direct care. Your day will involve leading a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), assisting individuals with daily living and goal achievement, and building natural support systems. From managing budgets to advocating for essential services during team meetings, you will play a vital role in creating opportunities for people to achieve independence and inclusion.
