As a Condominium Accountant, you will manage the financial operations for multiple condominium and homeowners' associations. This role is vital for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict compliance with association governing documents, and adherence to accounting standards. You will serve as a key financial partner to property managers and board members, providing them with the insights and analysis needed to make informed decisions regarding operating costs, reserves, and projects.
In this position, you will handle the full spectrum of accounting duties, from preparing monthly financial statements and reconciling bank accounts to managing vendor payments and owner assessments. You will also play a critical role in audit preparation and annual budget support, ensuring that all financial practices align with GAAP and state condominium statutes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, efficiently managing a workload that supports 8–20 associations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 2–5 years of accounting experience in property management or HOA accounting. Experience with property management accounting software such as Enumerate (formerly TOPS Software) or QuickBooks.
