About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to join our team at a premier luxury community. This role is designed for a high-energy, outgoing professional who thrives in a residential hospitality environment. You will be the face of the property, responsible for delivering outstanding member service and maintaining strong, professional relationships with residents and guests.
In this position, you will manage the front desk efficiently while serving as a local expert. Your day-to-day involves solving problems with a sincere interest in service, handling multiple functions with attention to detail, and ensuring the community runs smoothly. Success in this role requires a neat, professional appearance and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public.
