About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to serve luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will bring a background in residential hospitality, combining high energy with a professional demeanor to deliver exceptional member service. This role is vital for maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.
You will be the face of the community, utilizing your problem-solving skills to assist residents and visitors alike. Success in this position requires a sincere interest in service, the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously, and a deep knowledge of the local area, including tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services. A neat, professional appearance and strong organizational skills are essential for managing logs, reports, and signage effectively.
