We are seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This role is designed for a high-energy, outgoing professional with a sincere interest in problem-solving and delivering top-tier member service. You will be the face of the community, responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate thrives in a residential hospitality environment, combining a neat and professional appearance with the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously. You will leverage your knowledge of the local area, including tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services, to assist residents and guests with their inquiries and needs.
A detailed scope-of-work will be discussed during the interview process. Upon hire, all successful candidates must complete a background investigation and reference check.
