The Concierge/Front Desk Admin plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. Reporting to the office manager and working as part of a small front desk team, this position supports multiple departments in our dental office setting.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive first impression and fostering seamless interactions. Utilizing software tools such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), appointment scheduling systems, and billing platforms, you will ensure smooth operations during business hours. Your day will involve managing a variety of appointment types, from emergency walk-ins to routine check-ups, while maintaining organized patient records and a professional reception area.
