This position serves as the vital first line of response for all safety and security matters within the community, dedicated to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents. The role acts as a central communication hub, facilitating accurate, friendly, and professional interactions among residents, staff, visitors, and guests.
The ideal candidate will embody a genuine interest in geriatric care, upholding the facility's philosophy while demonstrating initiative in maintaining and developing their professional skills.
