Join the team as a Concierge at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you will help create unforgettable experiences through personalized service and thoughtful recommendations. In this role, you will connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with dining, entertainment, reservations, special requests, and curated experiences throughout their stay.
By tuning into each guest's unique needs and preferences, you will craft unforgettable moments and create "WOW" memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. You will represent the brand in a professional manner while building relationships with guests and vendors.

Requirements

- verifiedParticipation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA preferred
