COMSEC Manager/Security Specialist PR

This position is located at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. As the COMSEC Manager/Security Specialist Senior Principal, you will serve in support of the Reagan Test Site (RTS) at the US Army Garrison - Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA). You will oversee the management of COMSEC material in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) Central Security Service (CSS) Policy Manual 3-16 and related COMSEC directives.

In this role, you will maintain COMSEC functions for multiple customers, managing the proper receipt, transfer, accountability, security, and disposition of related keying material and equipment. You will conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inspections, inventories, transfers, and maintenance. Additionally, you will perform the duties of the OPSEC and Resource Protection Manager, supporting company and government assessments while implementing necessary security measures.

You will interpret and administer security doctrine, providing clear guidance to company and customer personnel and recommending modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate. Your responsibilities include conducting and supporting internal security reviews, participating in technical meetings to coordinate security requirements for mission operations, and investigating security incidents or violations. You will compile data to provide metrics and performance highlights, while also providing security support to special program growth initiatives.
