As a Compliance Engineer within the Quality organization, you will serve as a critical support pillar for Spectrum sites and their customers. Your primary mission is to lead materials documentation efforts for global certifications and ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management protocols. Working in alignment with DuPont Product Stewardship practices, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and operational execution.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) organization to establish and maintain a centralized repository for material regulatory statements. This system will underpin the assessment and records management of compliance across the enterprise, while also streamlining the response process for customer inquiries. You will act as a focal point for site responses, guiding project teams to ensure that design systems not only meet customer expectations but also satisfy all site-specific regulatory obligations.
Your day-to-day involves developing clear technical and administrative guidance to help teams obtain necessary certifications and navigate domestic and global regulations. You will manage compliance statuses for business materials against evolving regulations, review existing procedures for robustness, and coordinate corporate-driven risk analyses. By integrating Spectrum into the PS&R management system from a risk perspective, you will help identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements in our regulatory framework.
