About the Role
We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. This role exists to push scholars to high levels of achievement by designing and leading advanced problem-solving sessions and preparing students for rigorous local and national competitions. You will serve as a bridge between core curriculum and competition-level thinking, embedding these strategies into the daily learning experience.
In this position, you will analyze student data to refine curriculum and model innovative teaching strategies. Your day will involve coaching teachers on rigorous math pedagogy, providing targeted small-group and one-on-one support for advanced scholars, and leading after-school and weekend math clubs. You will also communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and competition schedules, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.

Requirements
