We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. In this role, you will design and lead advanced problem-solving sessions, prepare scholars for math competitions, and coach teachers on rigorous math pedagogy. You will analyze student data to refine curriculum and model innovative strategies that push scholars to high levels of achievement.
Your day will involve delivering rigorous instruction aligned with high-performing charter standards, preparing scholars for Olympiad-style problem-solving and national contests, and embedding competition-level thinking into the core math curriculum. You will provide targeted coaching for advanced scholars, develop enrichment materials, and lead after-school and weekend math clubs. Additionally, you will integrate technology tools to extend learning beyond the classroom and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and competition schedules.
