We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. This role exists to push scholars to high levels of achievement by designing and leading advanced problem-solving sessions and preparing students for rigorous math competitions. You will serve as a bridge between competition-level thinking and the core curriculum, coaching teachers on rigorous pedagogy and modeling innovative strategies.
In this position, you will analyze student data to refine curriculum and develop enrichment materials. Your day will involve leading after-school and weekend math clubs, providing targeted one-on-one coaching for advanced scholars, and integrating technology tools to extend learning beyond the classroom. You will also communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and competition schedules, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
