We are seeking a Competitive Math Coach to drive excellence in math instruction across our elementary schools. In this role, you will design and lead advanced problem-solving sessions, prepare scholars for math competitions, and coach teachers on rigorous math pedagogy. You will analyze student data to refine curriculum and model innovative strategies that push scholars to high levels of achievement.
Your day will involve delivering rigorous competitive math instruction aligned to high-performing charter standards, preparing scholars for Olympiad-style problem-solving and national contests, and integrating technology tools to extend learning beyond the classroom. You will also lead after-school and weekend math clubs, communicate regularly with families about student progress, and contribute to a culture of continuous instructional improvement through professional development.
