Compensation Supervisor

About the Role

The Compensation Supervisor serves as a strategic partner to the HR team, overseeing the day-to-day administration of compensation processes. This role is critical for maintaining the organization's internal equity and external market competitiveness. You will manage job evaluation, documentation, and system workflows while providing project leadership on major departmental initiatives.

Based onsite at 51 Clemson Rd. in Columbia, SC, you will lead and supervise staff in job evaluation and description maintenance. Your day-to-day involves analyzing employee classification, salaries, and incentives to ensure legal compliance and fair pay practices. You will also guide management and HR staff on the application of compensation policies, ensuring that salary planning and program implementation align with the company's strategic direction.
