We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This is a hands-on role that balances leadership, judgment, and day-to-day ownership of key compensation processes. As the firm grows, you will focus on building scalable practices while remaining closely involved in execution.
You will lead the firm's compensation function, serving as the primary partner to senior leadership. Your mission is to shape and maintain a compensation approach that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business priorities. You will provide clear, data-driven recommendations and guidance, acting as the escalation point for complex or high-impact pay decisions.
In this role, you will administer and evolve the salary structure, lead the annual salary review process, and oversee market pricing to ensure ranges remain competitive. You will partner with Finance on budgeting and workforce planning, translating data into practical, actionable guidance for HR and office leadership. Additionally, you will mentor and develop compensation analysts, helping to build the structure and capabilities of the team over time.
