About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable caregiver to support a male client transitioning back home after a stay at Turlock, CA Rehab. The client is currently in the facility and will be discharged next week, requiring immediate, consistent non-medical assistance to ensure a safe return to his residence in Delhi, California (95315).
About the Role
This position focuses on compassionate, hands-on support for a client with specific mobility and health needs. The client is diabetic, recently underwent hernia surgery, and ambulates with a walker. While he can toilet independently, he requires assistance with standing up, as well as help with showers and restroom routines. A shower chair is available to facilitate safe bathing.
The schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose between morning shifts (2–3 hours) or evening shifts. You may select a preferred set of days, either Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable and eager to make a meaningful impact in the community by helping a client regain independence at home.
