We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to operate Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position offers a supportive environment with newer equipment equipped with APU's, inverters, and refrigerators. Drivers benefit from 24-hour dispatch support and a flexible home time schedule that allows for weekends home or weekends out.
Drivers can expect a competitive weekly average pay between $1,800 and $2,200, based on 3,000 to 3,500 average miles per week. Compensation starts at up to $0.64 per mile. Financial benefits include weekly direct deposit, paid time off, and six paid holidays per year. Medical benefits are also provided.
Our home time policy is designed for flexibility. Drivers can expect to be out for 5 to 14 days, though you may choose to stay out longer. The schedule guarantees two days of home time for every five days worked, ensuring you are home for at least two weekends per month.
To qualify for this W2 Solo Driver position, candidates must possess a Class A license without restrictions such as Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), Intrastate Only (K), or Medical Variance (V). Additionally, applicants must have at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience. Please note that there is no driver load or unload required for this role.
Orientation is a necessary step in the hiring process. Please be aware that orientation is not paid, does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. However, drivers are provided with their own room during the orientation period.
