About the Role
As a Community Support Specialist – Youth, you will provide personalized, in-home, and community-based support. You will help young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. This is a unique opportunity to walk alongside families as a trusted advocate, resource, and ally in their wellness journey.

Requirements
