To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are dedicated to making a difference where it matters most — in the lives of children and their families. We are excited to have you be a part of our mission to empower youth and families through personalized, in-home, and community-based support.
As a Community Support Specialist – Youth, you will walk alongside families as a trusted advocate, resource, and ally in their wellness journey. You will help young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about children's mental health, enjoys hands-on work in the community, and thrives on building relationships.
Whether you are experienced or new to the human services field, you will bring compassion, patience, and energy to every interaction. You will balance teamwork with independence, communicating clearly to build trust with clients, families, and professional partners. Your work will be adaptable and solution-focused, motivated by the desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
This role requires a flexible schedule to meet client needs, including some evenings and weekends as necessary. You will travel within the community to meet with clients and families in their homes, ensuring support is accessible where it is needed most.
We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and those new to the field. If you are looking for purpose-driven work that directly impacts families, we encourage you to apply. Qualified candidates must meet specific experience and education criteria related to delivering services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
Note: A retention bonus of $1,000 is available to support your commitment to meeting critical service needs.
