Infinite Legacy is dedicated to increasing awareness of and commitment to the organ and tissue donor program within our service area. Our mission focuses heavily on outreach to minority communities to increase donor designation rates and address the critical need for organ, eye, and tissue donors locally and nationally.
We work closely with partners such as Donate Life DC, Maryland, and Virginia to promote the Maryland Donor Registry. Our team fosters a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and positive representation, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and rapport with diverse communities.
The Community Outreach Coordinator 1 serves as a vital link between Infinite Legacy and the communities in Northern Virginia (including Clarke, Loudoun, Fauquier, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park). In this role, you will create, implement, and evaluate activities designed to promote organ and tissue donation.
Your day will involve coordinating the DMV/MVA and High School/Higher Learning programs, developing public awareness campaigns, and engaging with internal staff and external agencies. You will act as a spokesperson for Infinite Legacy, seeking media opportunities and serving as a positive representative over the phone and in person. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with volunteer workers and community partners.

Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources, communications, community relations, marketing or related field.
