About the Role

As a Community Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community. You will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management. Your role is to supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset's policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing regulations.

You will be the face of the community, fostering resident satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and retention programs. As the head of the emergency response team, you will ensure proper handling of all property emergencies to minimize liability. This position requires regular onsite attendance to maintain property appearance, monitor service request responsiveness, and direct maintenance and construction activities to ensure quality and expediency.
