This position serves as a vital link between the organization and its community, working directly under the Director of Business Development and COO. The primary mission is to drive organizational improvement by cultivating strong community partnerships, expanding referral networks, and promoting the clinic's services. You will act as a bridge between the medical practice and the broader community, ensuring the organization's reputation grows through strategic marketing and relationship building.
Your work will blend external engagement with internal coordination. You will spend significant time contacting and visiting referring providers to strengthen relationships with hospitals and physicians. Beyond networking, you will support the team by organizing promotional events, preparing presentations, and managing the clinic's monthly calendar. A key part of your day involves gathering market intelligence through social media and consumer surveys to inform marketing strategies. You will also create and post online content to enhance the organization's digital presence while ensuring all interactions maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
