As a Community Director, you will serve as the energetic leader responsible for managing all facets of this multi-million-dollar asset. Your primary mission is to create a positive environment that fosters optimal teamwork while driving efficient daily operations. You will lead the service and leasing teams, ensuring that financial goals are met and the asset value is increased.
In this role, you will be the face of the community, interacting with residents, associates, and vendors to provide excellent customer service. You will oversee the full spectrum of operations, from reviewing financial performance reports and setting revenue strategies to managing vendor relationships and ensuring property improvements are completed promptly. A successful Community Director takes pride in their work, manages time effectively, and remains detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively both independently and within a team, with the flexibility to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed.
