This entry-level position offers a unique dual-focus within our operations, combining financial reconciliation with policyholder service support. You will serve as a critical link between our internal records and external insurance carriers, ensuring the accuracy of commission payments while simultaneously providing dedicated support to our policyholders.
Your day will involve a balanced mix of analytical and interpersonal tasks. On the financial side, you will reconcile commission statements from multiple carriers against internal records, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reports on receivables. On the service side, you will respond to inquiries regarding policy status and coverage, process service requests like beneficiary changes, and assist clients with premium payment questions. This role is designed to provide an excellent foundation for a career in insurance operations and finance.
The role is primarily office-based with standard business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. It requires extensive computer use and phone communication. After an initial period, work-from-home arrangements are accommodated based on proficiency.
