About the Role

The Commercial Relationship Specialist serves as a vital support pillar for Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking, including specialized segments such as Agricultural Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Small Business Administration, and Franchise Lending. This role is designed to ensure seamless client relationships and operational efficiency.

In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for Commercial Banking clients, managing servicing requests and maintaining consistent data integrity across all source systems. Your day will involve collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to track workflow items, from renewals and new pipeline opportunities to past due reports. You will facilitate the credit application workflow, manage loan maturities, and serve as a liaison between Credit Products and the Commercial Team to handle underwriting and fulfillment processes.

Beyond administrative support, you will assist with sales functions, including marketing requests and client presentations, and work closely with the Treasury Management team to onboard new clients. This role offers the opportunity to mentor new associates and support clients in specialized business segments, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with precision and care.
