The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Analyst II is a pivotal role designed to partner with CRE Portfolio Managers and Underwriters. This position supports the daily duties of underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical activities to identify risks or issues. The role is built for individuals who are knowledgeable in financial and risk analysis and demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling.
In this position, you will be expected to build proficiency in underwriting, developing the ability to complete the process from beginning to end with limited oversight. You will draft documents, prepare for credit reviews, and attend portfolio reviews as needed. A core aspect of the role is being responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures. You will ensure that your actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.
