About the Team

Our full-service Commercial Leasing Group represents landlords, tenants, subtenants, and asset managers in all aspects of structuring and leasing office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Considered among the leading commercial leasing practices in NYC, the group regularly represents clients on both the tenant and landlord sides of significant leasing deals. The Real Estate Group further represents institutional and private lenders, owners, developers, and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations, advising clients in acquisition, leasing, asset management, finance, development, and investment.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leasing attorney to join our Real Estate department. You will join a growing and energetic firm that maintains a small firm culture with large firm professional standards. Work Model

TKD is currently maintaining a hybrid schedule structured as Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office, with the option to be remote on Mondays and Fridays.
