About the Role
As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will serve as the operational backbone of our field teams. Leadership is at the heart of this position; you will manage and supervise mechanical and plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of on-site problem-solving, crew management, and client communication.
You will be responsible for developing project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, while monitoring progress to meet deadlines. A key part of your mission is to coach and teach apprentices, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within your crew. You will collaborate closely with project teams, dispatchers, and managers to resolve conflicts and implement quality control measures. While you will oversee complex installations and repairs of pipes, fixtures, and appliances, you will also be expected to safely operate a company vehicle to travel between varying job sites.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role must meet specific safety and legal requirements, including being at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass both a drug screen and a criminal background check. A motor vehicle history check is also required. Additionally, candidates must possess their own tool kit and be able to speak English for safety reasons.
