About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient recent college graduate to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. This is not a general technology role; success in this position requires specific knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate and execute necessary project tasks. You will serve as a vital link in synchronizing all project elements, ensuring they operate successfully from inception to completion. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail and a proactive "go-getter" personality. Under the direction of the PM, you will take on a wide variety of tasks designed to accelerate your learning and mastery of the industry. Your day-to-day will involve managing project documents, tracking status updates, and assisting in the creation and adherence to project budgets and timelines, all while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients.
