About the Role

We are seeking a Piping Foreman to join our team and lead our pipefitters on commercial projects. In this role, you will be the bridge between our shop operations and the job site, ensuring that piping systems—including Chilled Water, Heating Water, Refrigeration, Condensate, Steam, and Condenser Water—are installed according to contract drawings, specifications, and code requirements.

Your day will involve supervising and leading a crew, managing production to meet estimated labor hours, and overseeing the installation of piping systems and equipment setting. You will be responsible for ordering materials, scheduling deliveries from our shop, and developing look-ahead schedules based on project needs. Additionally, you will interact with customers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors, attending job-site meetings to ensure alignment and progress. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining a clean, orderly work area and strictly adhering to all company and OSHA safety regulations, including supervising pipe testing and flushing.
