About the Role

As a Senior Superintendent, you will manage all on-site aspects of construction projects, serving as the central figure from mobilization through final turnover. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain strict adherence to schedules and quality standards. Your day-to-day involves enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards, and proactively resolving field issues to keep projects on track.

You will lead site meetings to ensure alignment across all trades and stakeholders, collaborating closely with Project Managers to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery. Beyond technical execution, you will uphold high standards of workmanship, mentor junior field staff, and cultivate a positive, productive job site culture. Maintaining accurate documentation, including daily logs, inspections, and reports, will be a key part of your leadership responsibilities.
