In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor, explaining credit policies, exploring loan alternatives, and helping borrowers navigate their financial needs. Beyond origination, the role involves active portfolio management, including monitoring construction and development loans, conducting property inspections, and assisting with collections activities for delinquent accounts. You will also play a key role in cross-selling services and maintaining the Credit Union's professional reputation within the community and among trade professionals.
