About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team and help expand our book of business. In this role, you will be the face of our agency, responsible for selling various types of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. You will develop and calculate suitable plans tailored to specific client needs, ensuring they receive the best coverage possible. Beyond sales, you will act as a trusted advisor by resolving client inquiries and complaints, while also expanding our business reach through strategic networking. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where their contributions directly impact the company's growth.
Compensation & Culture
We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance. You will receive a base salary plus a 30% split on all revenue generated. Our top performers, who have been with the company for a few years, earn approximately $250,000 per year.
