Our flooring division specializes in concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, disinfecting, polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces across industrial, commercial, and retail markets. We recently achieved the milestone of becoming a $1 billion company and are currently expanding our division by 100%.
We are a fast-growing service division seeking experienced local employees to join our team as Foremen, Estimators, Superintendents, and Sales Representatives. We encourage candidates to bring their crews. Our workforce is stable and dedicated, with the majority of employees having been with us for over five years. We offer year-round work and a backlog of projects to ensure consistent employment.
About the Role
We are looking for successful candidates who demonstrate initiative, possess a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong competitive drive. As a self-starter, you will play a key role in our continued expansion. This role requires the ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, including working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
