About the Role
We are seeking experienced local employees to join our fast-growing service division in Shelbyville, TN. We are hiring for Foremen, Estimators, Superintendents, and Sales Representatives. We encourage candidates to bring their crews to help us scale our operations. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team where the majority of our workforce has been with us for over five years.
Potential candidates must demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. We offer year-round work with a significant backlog of projects. While the role requires travel and the ability to work weekends and holidays, we provide relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
