About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be part of an energizing culture rooted in people and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will put your safe driving skills to work using company-provided vehicles, with no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Your day will involve delivering automotive parts to commercial customers, collecting returns and cores, and maintaining efficient delivery operations while fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial and DIY shoppers
- check_circleDrive company vehicles to ensure safe and timely delivery of automotive parts
- check_circleCollect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- check_circleProcess customer payments securely in accordance with company policies
- check_circleAdhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe environment
- check_circleProvide expert automotive advice and offer installation services to customers
- check_circleLoad and unload parts accurately according to route schedules
- check_circleMaintain delivery vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 18 years old
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedBasic knowledge of automotive parts
- verifiedAbility to lift, load and deliver merchandise
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.
