About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who want to drive company-provided vehicles without needing a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, playing a vital role in driving sales and maintaining store operations. Your day will involve loading and unloading merchandise, collecting returns and cores from nearby stores or vendors, and processing customer payments securely. Beyond driving, you will provide expert advice on automotive products and installation services, ensuring a knowledgeable and positive retail environment.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, the most critical requirements are a commitment to safety compliance and the ability to lift and load merchandise. Those with exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English, or previous experience in automotive retail, are encouraged to apply. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus for ensuring proper handling of regulated materials.
