As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and enhancing the shopping experience for both commercial customers and DIY shoppers.

About the Role

This position offers career stability and endless growth opportunities within an essential industry. You will put your safe driving skills to work using company-provided vehicles, with no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Your day-to-day involves delivering automotive parts to commercial customers, collecting returns and cores, and providing expert advice to enhance the customer journey. You will work closely with store personnel to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships while maintaining efficient delivery operations that meet time and accuracy goals.

Hiring Process

To apply, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. The selection process focuses on safety compliance, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and load merchandise. We value individuals with strong communication skills, particularly those fluent in both Spanish and English, as well as those with previous experience in automotive retail. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus.
