As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and enhancing the shopping experience for both commercial accounts and DIY shoppers.
About the Role
This position offers career stability and growth opportunities within an essential industry. You will put your safe driving skills to work using company-provided vehicles, with no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Your day will involve delivering automotive parts to commercial customers, collecting returns and cores, and providing expert advice to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with store personnel to ensure smooth team collaboration and maintain efficient delivery operations that meet time and accuracy goals.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. The selection process focuses on safety compliance, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and loading merchandise. We look for individuals with a flexible schedule available for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Those with a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English), or previous automotive retail experience are encouraged to apply. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus.

Requirements
