About the Role
This part-time Commercial Driver position is the warm, welcoming face of our community. You will greet residents, team members, and visitors with confidence and knowledge, ensuring their safe travel throughout the community. Your day-to-day involves transporting residents in cars, trams, buses, and vans to appointments, local shopping, and activities, while providing necessary assistance. You will also assist with carrying packages, groceries, and luggage, and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles you operate.
As a representative of the company, you are expected to present yourself professionally to ensure resident satisfaction. This role may be combined with that of an Activities Assistant or Census Taker at some Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). We offer flexible scheduling based on operational needs with advance notice when possible; however, availability on weekends is required.
